Merangz has launched a new passionfruit variety of its naturally gluten-free giant Swiss meringues, which now feature a longer shelf life.
The giant meringues can now last on shelf for 10 weeks and their bite-sized counterparts for 24 weeks, increasing the convenience offered to retail and foodservice operators. The tropical giant addition is available in boxes of 18 for foodservice and a box of eight twin-packs for the retail sector.
Slow baked to a traditional Swiss recipe and naturally gluten-free, “Merangz are the perfect dessert choice for those with a gluten intolerance – or those simply avoiding gluten for a healthier lifestyle,” the brand said.
