Nom Foods is differentiating its bars from other snack foods on the market, which have become synonymous with sugar. The bars are made using low glycemic index.
“We are trying to get people away from sugar spikes and instead provide nutritious fuel for people who are on the go,” said Stephanie Croft-Simon, director of Nom. “Our mission is to help people put good, organic food in their bodies, but not at the sacrifice of delicious taste.”
Nom Bars have launched exclusively through Planet Organic stores in the UK.
