The dough is made with natural ingredients before being freshly frozen. In addition to the Original and Wholemeal dough, the brand also offers Chilli-infused and Rosemary-infused versions.
“Pizza is a focus in a wide variety of foodservice outlets, so we believe there are excellent growth opportunities for our premium dough brand,” said co-owner Chris Cheadle. “With quality dough the foundation of a good pizza, and not much innovation taking place in this area of foodservice, we feel our range provides genuine NPD and will see strong interest from a range of outlets.”
