Can maker Rexam has partnered with Heineken to launch of range of Strongbow apple ciders in a new 400ml sleek can.
The ciders are available in gold apple, apple and red berry, apple and honey, and apple and elderflower varieties, with standout can designs that reflect the range of flavours. The can “provides a stylish on-the-go packaging format” that Heineken hopes will appeal to Strongbow’s core audience of twenty-year-old males and females.
The cans are being produced at Rexam’s plant in Czech Republic and will be made available in central and eastern European markets, including Poland, Czech Republic and Austria.
Strongbow Cider CEE marketing manager Anna Bizon said: “Rexam’s brand new 400ml Super Sleek can is perfect for our new Strongbow apple ciders range. It provides an innovative packaging solution for our contemporary and urbanite audience as well as a convenient serve size.”
