Gluten-free baked goods producer, Dr Schär USA, has launched soy-free versions of its Artisan Baker Bread line in response to the increasing demand for allergen-friendly options.
The range includes Artisan Baker White, Artisan Baker Multigrain and Artisan Baker 10 Grains & Seeds Breads.
According to Dr Schär, the reason behind the soy-free formulation of the Artisan Baker Bread line comes from the company’s commitment to meet the evolving dietary requirements of consumers.
The new soy-free formulation offers a blend of artisanal flavours and a soft, moist texture.

Schär’s soy-free Artisan Baker Breads are currently available in supermarkets and speciality food stores across the US.
