Milkshake brand Shaken Udder has launched a new Uber Udder litre format of its cartons, used to package its vanilla and chocolate flavours of milkshake,
Launching in 283 Waitrose stores across the UK from next week, the packaging for the new 1 litre carton will feature a revamped version of the brand’s iconic cow logo and retail with a recommended price of between £2.20 and £2.70.
“Our new Uber Udder size was developed due to our customers continually requesting a larger format that can be shared, consumed at home over a few days, or for those wanting a bit more than 330ml,” said Shaken Udder co-founder Jodie Farran. “We are really pleased we can now fulfill this need and we can’t wait to hear our customers’ reactions to it.
“We’ve used the opportunity with Uber Udder to refresh our logo, creating the new strapline ‘discover delicious dairy’. Our customer research also revealed that customers love our story, and the extra space on the 1 litre pack has allowed us to feature this.”
Farran also revealed that the new packaging format forms part of a series of planned launches for 2016.
“It’s an exciting time for us and we can’t wait to see what customers think of Uber Udder,” she continued.
