US-based beverage company Villager Goods has introduced a new alkaline water product for the US premium water market, and the company claims the drink can improve the health and athletic performance of consumers.
The alkaline water has been created using reverse osmosis, bringing the water’s pH level to 9.5 pH, and the brand claims that the water helps to neutralise the acid in your bloodstream and “help the body to metabolise nutrients more effectively.”
The drink contains several alkalising compounds including calcium, silica, potassium, magnesium and bicarbonate, and the brand says that these ingredients create a water that tastes clean and refreshing with additional health benefits.
Villager Goods co-founder and CEO, Josh Landan said: “The Villager Goods team and I are super excited about the arrival of our Alkaline Water.
“We started this company with the need to provide a healthier beverage option for our athlete-ambassadors and give them something they could truly get behind and believe in, and Alkaline Water is something that we use in our daily lives to push ourselves.
“We are excited to be launching this new line with Amazon and look forward to bringing Alkaline Water, and other Villager Goods offerings, to additional markets in the coming months.”
Villager Goods Alkaline Water will be available from Amazon and other US retail locations in the near future.
