Colorado-based beverage brand Weller has released a new line of immunity-boosting sparkling water products in the US, its first non-CBD product range.
Called Sparkling Immunity, the new range features three flavours: Elderberry + Peach, Elderberry + Lemon-Lime, and Elderberry + Strawberry.
All three variants combine elderberry juice, vitamin C, vitamin D3, zinc, and magnesium to provide an array of antioxidants and vitamins, while each flavour contains 10 calories per serving and zero added sugars.
According to Weller, the development of the new range was driven by increased consumer interest in immune-boosting products due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The brand aimed to create a new product which provided immune support in a convenient format, without sacrificing flavour.
John Simmons, co-founder of Weller, said: “When developing a new line, we decided to create something we truly felt tasted great and would resonate with consumers’ palates.
“New iterations of our consumers’ favourites are just the start and we look forward to an even greater year of growth for the brand.”
The new Sparkling Immunity line will be available in stores across 25 US states from the end of September, with a suggested retail price of $2.99 for a 12 fl oz can.
