This year’s high-powered debate about the future of dairy takes place this month at the 14th Global Dairy Congress on 23 and 24 June.
Many of the world’s leading dairy companies are fielding top executives, including Arla, Danone, Fonterra and Nestlé plus Dairy Farmers of America, Amul from India and Yili from China. The programme also features the newly appointed chief executives of Bel and Lactalis.
There will be a particular focus on plant-based and cell-based innovation, including challenger pioneers Better Dairy, LegenDairy (now Formo) NotCo, Perfect Day and TurtleTree Labs.
New dairy entrepreneurs will be presenting innovations in kefir and sports nutrition, as well as protein shakes for healthy height and ice cream for cancer treatment support.
Other highlights include:
The event is designed for all business leaders in the dairy and dairy alternative sector, especially general and marketing management. Sponsored by packaging solution providers Cama Group and Sidel, it is organised by the food and drink experts Zenith Global.
“There will be no better place this year to spend two days for a complete market overview and debate about creating a more sustainable future for dairy,” commented Zenith Global chairman, Richard Hall. “Our speakers are drawn not only from China, India, Europe and the US, but also such diverse countries as Brazil, Chile, Israel, New Zealand, Singapore and the UAE.”
“Our online platform will ensure the very best of networking and discussion opportunities, with no time wasted on travel and time zone changes. All the presentations will be recorded for later viewing and the costs are far more accessible than meeting in person.”
