Jimmy’s, the brand of ready-to-drink iced coffees, has launched a Christmas-themed gingerbread flavour for the winter months.
The limited-edition variety will be available from retailers Tesco, Waitrose, Selfridges and BP forecourts, and is packaged in a 330ml carton with a recommended retail price of £1.59 each.
The latest variant combines Jimmy’s iced coffee with seasonal spices. The gingerbread house-themed carton is specially designed for the festive season, complete with baubles and candy canes.
Offering to ‘tickle your taste buds’ or ‘keep you pumped’ during the busy festive period, it joins Jimmy’s existing range of iced coffees, which consists of three individual flavours: original, skinny and mocha. They are available in Waitrose, Tesco Express, Ocado, BP Connect and many independents, also with a recommended retail price of £1.59 for a 330ml carton.
And the brand has recently launched a 1 litre carton with a recommended retail price of £2.50, available across Sainsbury’s stores in the UK.
Irreverent Jimmy’s, named after founder Jim Cregan, has previously garnered attention for its disruptive advertising strategies – including a series of promotional videos in which Cregan delivers a coffee-themed rap.
Having been tested in Cregan’s sister’s café in Bournemouth five years ago, the brand is expected to exceed sales of 4.5 million units this year.
