Syrup brand Sweetbird has launched a selection box of syrup flavours that it predicts will be on-trend during the summer months.
The Summer Syrup Box consists of two litre bottles of fudge, lime and mint-flavoured syrups, offering foodservice operators the opportunity to impart interesting flavours to a number of their drink offerings.
Each box comes with everything that the retailer needs, including limited-edition point-of-sale material designed to increase awareness of the new drinks on sale, a recipe card to ensure that staff can make drinks correctly every time, and syrup pumps to guarantee the consistency of syrup measurements being used.
All Sweetbird products are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, contain no high fructose corn syrup, are GMO-free, and registered for vegetarians and vegans by the Vegan Society, Sweetbird said.
“This year we’re seeing a lot of lighter flavour notes floating our way; think delicate and refreshing instead of intense and heavy,” a Sweetbird spokesperson went on to explain.
