US-based Smith Foods has added two savoury variants to its Artisa cottage cheese range.
Smith’s Artisa high-protein cultured dairy snack brand made its debut around one year ago, in six fruit flavours. The new savoury varieties are black bean and corn salsa, and cucumbers and cream.
They join the existing peach, apple cinnamon, strawberry, wild berry, pineapple, and raspberry pomegranate variants.
Artisa features a slow-cooked, fine-curd cottage cheese that is about 50% smaller than standard small-curd cheese, resulting in a unique smooth and creamy texture. The new savoury flavours each deliver 15g of protein per 5.3oz single-serve cup.
