The factory and offices, owned by parent company Barry Callebaut, will give the hot beverage supplier approximately quadruple the space that it currently has, allowing it to significantly step up operations and expand its market presence, with Williams overseeing all production.
Having initially trained as a maintenance engineer, Keith Williams has been with the parent company for over 20 years and was on-hand to help with the planning and build of the Chester site, which he will now oversee.
He has progressed with the company, working at the plants in Banbury and Chester, as maintenance manager, maintenance engineering manager and environmental manager responsible for health and safety, before being offered his current role as operations manager.
