Cabot Creamery Cooperative has announced the launch of a new line of cheese slices designed for snacking and entertaining.
Called cracker cuts, the range is sold in cracker-size portions and features a new design with a resealable lid.
The slices come in six varieties: extra sharp, Vermont sharp, pepper Jack, Colby Jack, seriously sharp white and seriously sharp yellow. There are 26 slices per package.
Cabot CEO Ed Townley said: “We wanted to make it easier for people to enjoy our award-winning cheese when time is short or when they are on the go. In response to our consumer’s requests, the farm families who own Cabot invested in the operational resources needed to deliver our best cheeses, more conveniently.
“We take great pride in the quality of our cheese… It is an exciting prospect, both for cheese lovers and our 1,100 farm families who are proud to join this trend.”
The cracker cut slices will roll out across the US throughout the summer.
