Developed by Dairy Crest, Clover Seedburst is expected to reinvigorate the BSM category and attract new, health-focused shoppers to the Clover brand, which is currently worth £99.1m.
The new spread contains a blend of seven healthy seeds and whole grains (sesame, barley, linseeds, oats, wheat, rye and millet) and provides a source of vitamin E and beneficial oils.
Dairy Crest has launched an ‘extensive’ marketing campaign, including press, PR, in-store sampling and activation. The product launch is supported by Nadia Sawalha of Celebrity MasterChef and Loose Women, along with celebrity nutritionist and author Jeannette Jackson.
