Sales will help raise money for fresh2o, the charity dedicated to enabling the provision of clean, safe water for drinking and sanitation purposes worldwide.
And the stars are in good company, as Deeside Mineral Water is a celebrity in its own right. It flows from an ancient healing spring near Balmoral Castle in the Scottish Highlands, with health properties dating back to 1760. Celebrity drinkers include Queen Victoria, Lord Byron and more recently Tom Cruise.
The fresh2o campaign seeks to reduce poverty, improve health and prevent death, including the four children who die every minute from dirty water, 5,000 children who die every day from dirty water, and 1.8 million children a year who die from dirty water.
Martin Simpson, MD of Deeside Mineral Water, said: “As the only bottled water to have proven health benefits, we’re proud to be chosen by fresh2o to carry the message from these amazing stars.”
The limited edition Deeside Mineral Water is priced from 50p. It was launched nationally at a fresh2o event at One Marylebone, London, and is being rolled out throughout November.
