The varieties are: Olde English (pear, stilton & pinenuts), Nordic Delight (beetroot, cream cheese & smoked salmon) and White Chocolate & Cranberry.
The new varieties are winning entries from the company’s ‘Design Your Own’ competition. The contest invited the general public to design their own ravioli filling and win the opportunity to have their recipe packed into Dell’Ugo’s free-range egg pasta.
The three winning designs have been made up into fresh ravioli and put into Dell’Ugo packaging. A short production run is being made for the winners’ friends and family, and if it’s popular, Dell’Ugo will consider adding to their line of successful pasta varieties.
