By steering the platform purposefully away from product promotion, the DuPont editorial team has created an online tool focused entirely on the bakery industry’s practical challenges in meeting today’s trends.
The initial focus of the knowledge resource is pastry. In a series of articles, specialists from the DuPont bakery application centre provide processing tips, ingredient insights and updates on problem-solving solutions that are currently being tested.
