Erlenbacher has launched six new products in its American Cakery selection to complement its existing range of classic desserts.
Joining the German-based company’s successful range is four new all-American flavoured cheesecakes – included chocolate coffee, blueberry, and raspberry granola – as well as two extra chocolatey brownies that Erlenbacher said would “transform any coffee shop counter or display unit into an authentic looking American cakery”.
All four of the latest cheesecake recipes feature one of Erlenbacher’s new bases, made from chocolate biscuit, crumbly nutty shortcrust or salty shortcrust pastry and covered with a creamy cheesecake filling prepared from the finest milk products such as smooth mascarpone. Combined with either whole fruity berries or extra-chocolatey toppings, these quintessentially American desserts provide something for every palette, the company added.
All of Erlenbacher’s Supreme cheesecakes have a diameter of 24cm and are pre-cut into 14 pieces.
Among its new brownie offerings is the rockslide brownie, featuring succulent chocolate sponge topped with tasty brownie cubes, crunchy walnuts and caramel cream; and a classic brownie made from chocolate sponge and walnuts.
Speaking about its latest releases, an Erlenbacher spokesperson said: “Any display will stand out even more with Erlenbacher’s selection of American Cakery products and utensils, the perfect accompaniments to the new range of cheesecakes and brownies that will showcase the best of each new recipe with the look of a 1950s American cakery. Available from the Erlenbacher service shop, all items including posters, table displays as well as cake stands, platters and serving domes will give any display a vintage American look and feel.”
