Fentimans has expanded its range of premium mixers with the release of a 125ml version of its Valencian Orange Tonic Water, as the company aims to meet increasing consumer demand.
The new single-serve mixer will be available to the on-trade and foodservice sector, and the drink joins a range featuring flavours such as pink rhubarb and sparkling raspberry.
According to Fentimans, the new flavour combines the bitter-sweet notes of Valencian oranges and the savoury flavour of lemon thyme, creating a tonic which is suitable for mixing with London Dry and citrus-heavy gins.
Fentimans marketing director Andrew Jackson said: “Since the launch of our innovative pink grapefruit tonic water, we are seeing an increasing number of consumers seeking and experimenting with different flavour combinations.
“The extension of the Valencian Orange Tonic Water into a new size format will provide this growing audience with more opportunities when out of home to experiment and make everyday classic spirits taste great.”
This release follows the announcement earlier this year that the company would overhaul its image with a £1.2 million rebranding programme, in order to appeal to younger consumers.
