Iced tea brand Brisk has taken inspiration from South America to introduce a new line of energising iced tea blended with yerba maté.
Brisk Maté will be available in 16oz cans – each containing 90 calories per can – in three distinct flavour ways: mango, dragon fruit and cherry. The product will be released this month exclusively in select cities across the US including Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Phoenix, Portland, Las Vegas and Denver.
To coincide with the introduction of Brisk Maté, an online campaign will showcase how the drink’s smooth energising spark helps unlock Brisk fans’ true potential, motivating them and their friends as they pursue passions together and ignite the “power of the tribe.”
Brisk marketing manager Mandy Mazzeo said: “Yerba maté has been enjoyed in South America for hundreds of years because of its energising qualities. Brisk Maté gives Brisk fans what they’ve been asking for: a smooth, energising iced tea with the great-tasting, bold flavours they expect from Brisk.”
As part of the launch, Brisk Maté is partnering with OpTic Gaming, a professional e-sports organisation boasting multiple championships and specialising in gaming entertainment. Brisk Maté will inspire the team’s gaming by providing a smooth, energising spark for the e-sport champions on and off the stage.
