Andreas Exarheas interviews Al Ain Dairy head of sales, Kingston Fernandez, about the company’s new camel milk ice cream, at Dubai’s Gulfood 2015 exhibition.
The new range of camel milk ice cream from UAE’s Al Ain Dairy Farm offers nearly half the fat of cow’s milk, high levels of calcium, vitamins and minerals and helps reduce cholesterol. Available in Cardamom, Caramel, Chocolate, Date, Saffron and Lite Vanilla flavours, this product is suitable for people with lactose intolerance and contains natural pro-biotic properties.
Al Ain Dairy Farm was formed in 1981 under the directive of the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nayhan. The company began operations with just 200 imported cows and has gone on to become one of the most recognised dairy brands in the UAE.
