Popcorn brand Joe & Seph’s has released six flavours of caramel sauce, based on the recipe it uses to create its range of more than 40 popcorn variants.
The new caramel sauce range can be used to drizzle over ice cream, spread on a crêpe, use in home baking or dip fruit and marshmallows into. The brand has also encouraged consumers to share recipe ideas using its social media platforms.
The range of flavours across the new product line consists of: salted caramel; sticky toffee; chocolate caramel; chocolate caramel with hazelnut; cappuccino, which combines Colombian coffee with Belgian cocoa and a dusting of cinnamon; and finally gin and tonic, which infuses smooth caramel with 5% real gin.
The new products will launch in Selfridges next month, followed by listings later in the year with retailers such as Lakeland, Whole Foods Markets and Ocado. Available in 230g jars, the gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly sauces have a recommended retail price of £4.99 – apart from the chocolate caramel and hazelnut variety, which will be priced at £5.99.
