A Barcelona-based company has launched a new energy drink, packaged in a distinctive can with a resealable closure.
Kers is destined for the grocery and convenience channels and incorporates a hygienic cover option, which provides both attractive and practical closure. The lid protects the product from dirt and dust, and allows the consumer to reseal the can and continue drinking the contents at a later time.
The packaging continues the emerging trend towards resealable energy drink formats: in April, Epic launched a new energy drink in a 330ml slimline resealable can, which it claimed would help consumers to achieve controlled consumption.
According to Kers CEO Enric Monrós, the lid also offers “easy handling and storage” and the packaging conveys “a powerful brand and an attractive design”.
Monrós said: “Kers energy drink is a stand-out product with an easy-to-remember brand and a design that transmits excitement. The cover, container and the packaging are the star items that create a consumer experience, helping with loyalty and brand recognition.”
