A range of four jams – fig, pear, plum and ginger – will be stocked in all 29 Booths’ stores across the North of England, while Asda has agreed to trial fig, rhubarb, ginger and greengage in 25 of its London stores.
Mammy Jamia’s was launched by husband and wife Andrew and Sajmira Cairns in 2011 and also has listings with Tesco, Waitrose and Ocado.
Andrew Cairns said: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Booths to be stocked across all of their stores. They are a wonderful family run company with a proven reputation for supporting independent producers such as Mammy Jamia’s.
“We are also excited about being stocked by Asda in the south of England, where we believe there will a strong demand for a premium range of preserves like Mammy Jamia’s.”
