This achievement is a direct result of Mars Associates’ commitment to making Mars such an inspiring place to work each and every day.
Two-thirds of the score is based on the results of the survey, which asked questions related to Associates’ attitudes about management’s credibility, job satisfaction, and camaraderie.
The other third is based on responses to the Institute’s Culture Audit, which included questions about pay and benefit programmes, hiring practices, methods of internal communication, training, recognition programmes, social responsibility, and diversity efforts.
