In the US, Müller has debuted four dessert-inspired yogurt varieties featuring its signature yogurt on top of a layer of fruit or caramel sauce, with crunchy pieces.
The yogurts provide “delicious decadence in the goodness of yogurt” and are available in strawberry cheesecake, raspberry brownie supreme, peach cobbler and dulce de lech delight varieties. They will be available in black 150g corner pots from participating retailers across the US, with a recommended retail price of $1.25.
The company has launched a new marketing campaign aimed at mums to support the launch of the products, which all provide a source of calcium and protein. The Yogurt with Benefits campaign highlights the attributes of the Müller yogurts in the context of real moments in mums’ lives, and Müller has enlisted the help of YouTube duo The Girls with Glasses to create a custom music video that examines a day in the life of a typical mom, and the benefits of taking a quick break with a sweet treat.
Müller Quaker Dairy director of marketing Brian Hannigan said: “We’re always listening to our consumers and creating products and advertising that relate to them in a meaningful way. From providing moms with a satisfying snack to enjoy when they finally get a moment to themselves, to giving them a much needed laugh in their busy day, we believe every woman deserves a yogurt with benefits.”
