Picnik’s new butter coffee creamer has been released to appeal to the current butter coffee trend in the US.
The creamer is made from grass-fed whey butter, and Picnik said it aims to create a creamer that can add nutritional value to any beverage. The simple, natural lineup of ingredients also aims to give consumers peace of mind about what they are putting into their coffees or cold beverages.
Picnik said: “The creamer offers the same convenience as classic half-and-half and is reminiscent of the taste, but enhances the consumption experience even more with its versatility, transforming a wide array of drinks and recipes into functional, nutrient-rich creations.”
The creamer was also created with inclusion in mind. To reinforce the brand’s ethos of inclusivity, the message ‘everyone deserves a radiant life’ is printed on each bottle, reflecting the aim to offer a product to suit all lifestyles. Picnik said that this includes consumers adhering to “ketogenic-friendly, paleo, or gluten-free diets and beyond”.
Megan Lavorato, director of operations at Picnik said: “Our butter coffee creamer was created with our consumers in mind. We wanted to blend the highest quality with the best taste for optimal experiences. This extends to having differentiated packaging for our differentiated product.”
The convenience of the product is emphasised in the packaging choice, as the single action screw cap, the DomeTwist from Sig, allows the consumer easy access to use the creamer. This appeals to consumers with hectic schedules.
Naomi Seifter, CEO and founder of Picnik, said: “It has been my dream to make it easy for people to have delicious butter coffee at home without all the guesswork and hassle. I’ve attempted so many different formats for this product over the years and now I can finally share the finished result.
“Coffee culture is strong, and we recognise that our customers are particular and opinionated about the way it’s prepared. Some prefer cold brew, some prefer hot coffee and some choose an alternative option altogether. Understanding the versatility around this morning ritual inspired me to create a product that people can add to their drink of choice. Decaf, cold-brew, dark roast, light roast, Earl Grey tea — whatever you love can be turned into a functional beverage with this creamer.”
