Quest Nutrition unveils three new low-carb, high-protein pizzas

Quest Nutrition has released three new low-carb pizzas, as the company aims to offer an indulgent treat to health-conscious consumers without the guilt of a high-carb meal.

Three high-protein flavours are available in the range: Four-cheese, uncured pepperoni, and supreme, each containing up to 28g of protein and up to 6g of carbohydrates per serving.

The crusts of the nine-inch pizzas are gluten-free and made from whey protein, and the frozen pizzas are compatible with a keto diet, according to the company.

Suzanne Ginestro, chief marketing officer at Quest Nutrition said: “Of the many high carb foods that people give up in pursuit of a healthier lifestyle, pizza is the one they miss the most.

“We are on a quest to make high protein, low carb foods that feed people’s cravings, so we’re thrilled to introduce this new pizza.”

The pizzas will be available from selected US retailers and directly from Quest Nutrition.
