Children’s cookery author Annabel Karmel has teamed up with Sanrio to launch a new range of Hello Kitty-branded pasta shapes, and encourage children to get active in the kitchen.
The organic pasta pieces are packaged in 250ml bags and display the hashtag #OneKindThing, as part of Hello Kitty’s drive to encourage children to spread kindness by doing one kind act for a stranger, friend or loved one.
Karmel, who has written 40 books on child nutrition and development, will film a series of fun vignettes with Kitty for social media that show families how they can create delicious sauces to help create a tasty home-cooked meal.
“With more than two decades of experience in cooking-up innovative ways to get children eating well and developing a love of good food, Annabel is excited to be collaborating with one of the world’s most loved characters,” a spokesperson said.
