Dairy brand The Collective is looking to offer time-poor consumers a new breakfast option with its range of split pot yogurts.
The Brekkie line features unsweetened yogurt combined with fruity compote as well as ancient grain granola that uses ingredients such as puffed buckwheat, amaranth, quinoa and linseeds.
The range will be available in the UK in 135g pots in three flavours: mango, passion fruit and raspberry.
“I’m so excited for The Collective to take on the breakfast yogurt category with our new range of Brekkie split pots,” said Amelia Harvey, co-founder of The Collective.
“We’ve been on a mission to transform the yogurt category with healthy choices that deliver on taste credentials that you can feel good about eating, such as our Kids Suckies and kefir drinks and yogurts.
“We’ve taken real consumer insight to develop a product which means you don’t have to compromise on taste and convenience for a healthy breakfast option, made with the finest natural ingredients and minimal sugar to achieve the great taste we are known for.”
The Brekkie line will be available from 6 January in Sainsbury’s stores and other retailers soon after with a recommended retail price of £1.30.
Earlier this year, The Collective released Puds, a range of yogurt pouches aimed at children.
