The colourful creation, put together by White Light creative agency is hard to miss, hitting the streets from Croydon to Wimbledon (UK) over a six week period.
Unilever wanted stand-out advertising specials that tapped into the ‘longer lasting’ message of its new, more intense ice cream, the company said.
Magnum brand manager, Caterina Di Felice, said: “As it’s our biggest ever launch, we wanted to make a huge impact with Magnum Infinity.”
Sharon Thompson, director of London Tramlink, said: “Soon after it opened in 2000, the trams became an icon of Croydon. Tramlink now carries more than 28 million passengers every year, and the trams are seen by millions more who work, shop and play in the Croydon area. It’s great to see Magnum utilising the opportunity in such a creative way.”
