Lycored has carried out several studies into colour stability in order to create more authentic looking and tasting products for consumers.
Lycored’s head of coloration Tammi Higgins spoke to Alex Clere about the new innovations curated by the company, including yoghurt and fruit preserve applications, as well as a new range of candies which Tammi claims will retain their colour for up to 12 months.
