Synergy Flavors, a global manufacturer and supplier of flavourings, extracts and essences, has released a new sugarplum water packed with 12g of isolate protein.
The company has released this in reaction to Starbucks recent addition of a unicorn frappuccino, as Synergy realised that they too could make fanciful flavours. The sugarplum protein water showcases what the company can achieve and was brought to life by its culinary team.
Synergy’s Lindsey Oostema spoke with FoodBev Media’s Darren Wood about its creation and the company’s range of formulations it can provide.
