Volac has doubled in size in the last five years and wanted a new ERP system to support the next stage of its ambitious growth plans, the company said. The contract was signed in 2012.
Neville Chapman, Volac’s group financial director, said: “Volac’s decision to purchase a new ERP system is driven by our aim to invest in efficiency, streamline our processes and develop a platform to allow our business to grow and ultimately improve the service we provide to our customers.
“We chose IFS Applications because it’s a single solution that matched our specific and challenging requirements for an integrated computer system that would be utilised by, and link, all areas of our business across manufacturing, finance, HR and the selling functions.”
