Watermark works with water cooler companies, bottling plants, manufacturers and trade associations, as well as running a help-line for over 100 companies and a number of small-pack bottling companies. It also runs audits and training and hygiene courses.
Ewa Hagstedt is a trained chemist with 25 years experience in the food and beverage industry. Ewa spent 10 years at Eden Springs, latterly as European quality manager.
Hagstedt has been chair of the Nordic Water Cooler Association and chair of the EBWA Education and Audit Committee.
Hagstedt said: “I have much confidence in working across the water cooler industry, both bottled water coolers and mains-fed coolers. Audits and training across Europe are my speciality and there are excellent opportunities out there.”
Hurst added: “Ewa and I are just embarking on our first major project together for a large, progressive company. We have great hopes for the joint consultancy and benefits and service it will provide for Watermark clients.”
