The new state-of-the-art spindles provide optimal application performance on high-speed bottling lines that require enhanced capping precision.
“Today’s movement towards lightweight packaging is requiring tighter capping machine tolerances,” said CSI director of global capping, Eileen Bewley. “As packaging requirements become more stringent, bottlers can conserve capital while boosting output by adding low-maintenance, high-performance spindles to their existing Series 200 cappers.”
The new CSI spindles incorporate a more robust bearing design, with lubrication capability to greatly extend bearing life. These spindles provide increased stability at high speeds, minimal stack-up variation and increased application flexibility.
The net effect of Series 200 Spindle Upgrades is maximum machine throughput, reduced customer complaints and the lowest total cost of ownership.
