Palsgaard CreamWhip 453 offers a number of benefits, as it improves whipping properties and ensures stabilisation of the whipped cream. It also creates a smooth and firm foam, improves piping definition and is acid stable, meaning there will be no coagulation when adding, for example, fruit pulp.
