Made in the West Country from specially selected ingredients, Fairway Foodservice’s new puddings are available in chocolate sponge, sticky toffee & butterscotch, syrup sponge, spotted dick and strawberry jam sponge varieties.
Each individually portioned pudding comes in its own rounded pot in a freshly frozen format. The UK organisation’s new range is designed for the pub and restaurant industries.
“The UK public continues to be drawn towards traditional foods, made from honest British ingredients and which offer a sense of comfort and warmth when they go to eat out,” said Fairway Foodservice’s Richard Ellison. “We were keen to develop a high quality range of individual desserts for publicans and restaurateurs to have as staples for every eating occasion on their menus.”
