Fudge Kitchen has launched individually packaged, miniature formats of its counter slice-and-serve Fudge Loaves as it continues to innovate within its product portfolio.
Launching at the beginning of June, the new Sharing Bars will be available in white chocolate and raspberry, vanilla rainbow, sea salted caramel, clotted cream, double trouble chocolate, chocolate and orange, and peanut butter varieties. Each 165g individually packaged serving has a recommended retail price of £6.
Like all of Fudge Kitchen’s confectionery, the bars are made and decorated by hand in small batches to ensure the optimum creaminess of fudge.
The retailer is also launching a three-pack format of Sharing Bar, which includes the double trouble chocolate, sea salted caramel and vanilla rainbow-flavoured bars in a single pack. Ideal as a gift, it will launch in July with a price of £15. A further Christmas trio of hazelnut heaven, clotted cream and chocolate orange will also be available later.
Fudge Kitchen managing director Sian Holt said: “Over the last three years, Fudge Kitchen has been honing the skills of NPD and sugar magic, so it seemed a natural progression to explore further afield and push ourselves to embrace other opportunities that use many of the same base ingredients and for which there is either established demand, or that fit into current trends.
