Rob Burnett, CEO of Hain Daniels, said: “We chose Greek Gods as our first (UK) venture with US brands, because it’s doing fantastically well in the US and Canada. The Greek yogurt sector is showing strong growth here and in the States, as consumers look for healthier but tasty indulgent products.”
The range will initially be supported by radio competitions, front-of-store sampling and social media activity.
The Greek Gods range of Honey, Honey & Vanilla, Honey & Strawberry and Honey & Clementine will be available in 680g tubs in Sainsbury’s stores from 22 November 2012.
