Made from 72% Peruvian cocoa, iQ Chocolate is available as a plain bar as well as six flavours: Espresso Kick Coffee, Plush Peppermint, Lovely Lime, Cocoa Nib and new to the range Orange with Wild Raspberry, and Cranachan Symphony, with honey, oats and raspberries.
iQ Chocolate uses single origin sun-dried, organic Criollo beans from Peru. The chocolate is stoneground at low temperatures, which keeps it raw.
Made in Scotland, iQ Chocolate is one of only five chocolate makers in the UK, and its creators Kate Hamilton and Jane Shandley are the only women in the country making chocolate direct from the bean.
