La Colombe has added to its range of iced coffees in the US with the launch of pumpkin spice draft latte.
Made with cold-pressed espresso and fresh milk, and combined with pumpkin puree and a blend of spices, the beverage aims to respond to consumer demands for autumn flavours while delivering a cold, refreshing taste.
The drink is made with milk sourced from a farm ten miles away in Michigan and each draft latte has 120mg of caffeine.
Todd Carmichael, co-founder and CEO of La Colombe, said: “Our pumpkin spice draft latte was designed for pre-and-post Labor Day sipping.
“We are the first ever frothed, cold pumpkin spice latte so we wanted to come out of the gate early and strong. This beverage is refreshingly spicy, making it great for those warm summer days and cool autumn afternoons.”
The beverage is now available in select retailers and online in the US.
The launch follows on from La Colombe’s introduction last year of two plant-based beverages: coconut milk draft latte and coconut milk mocha draft latte.
Each can has 5g of added sugar, the equivalent level of caffeine to 2.25 cups of coffee and is made with non-GMO ingredients.
