The company is aiming to market the new milk in Britain, the Republic of Ireland and further afield.
The milk contains probiotic, known to help support the digestive and immune systems. It’s low-fat and enriched with vitamins D, E and K2. Linwoods claims that it is the first dairy in Europe to fortify a milk with vitamin K2.
The company holds European exclusivity of the Ganeden BC30 strain of probiotic used in the new milk.
The new milk is sold in 1.5-litre cartons.
Linwoods is based in Armagh and is known in Europe and the US for its range of seeds, nuts and berries under the Linwoods Superfoods brand.
