The new packs join the Paterson’s Shortbread family in over 300 Asda stores from 22 June 2013.
“Paterson’s Shortbread is all about offering consumers great shortbread and great value,” said Allan Miller, sales and marketing director at Paterson Arran. “Our classic shortbread finger does this perfectly, but the new Clotted Cream Shortbread and new Assortment give the shopper more choice. We’re delighted Asda are making the running with the new lines, and we’re sure Asda customers will love them.”
As part of its support for the brand, Paterson’s recently secured a sponsorship deal with ITV’s *Loose Women* TV programme in Scotland (STV broadcast area), and has a two-year sponsorship package with the Edinburgh International Book Festival.
