The family dairy has developed four new ice creams: Cinnamon, Apple Crumble, Crème Brûlée and Christmas Pudding.
As well as the Cool Yule range, Solley’s will trial its latest novelty variety, Wasabi ice cream. Known as Japanese horseradish, Wasabi has a hot, mustard-like taste, making the resulting ice cream ideal for accompanying sweet and savoury dishes.
Stephen Solley, managing director of Solley’s Farms, said: “We’re proud to be exhibiting our real Kentish dairy ice cream at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair. At Solley’s, we’re passionate about using locally sourced ingredients wherever we can. 85% of our base products are from Kent, and even our milk comes from a Jersey herd across the road.”
