Synergy has launched a range of chocolate flavours for use in bakery, dairy and sports nutrition applications – just in time for Valentine’s.
Synergy’s range of chocolate flavours are all natural and available in both liquid and powdered formats.
The range comprises flavours based on a number of market leading chocolate products and chocolate types, including dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate and cocoa.
To highlight the new range of chocolate profiles, the company has tested the flavours in a number of sample applications such as chocolate cookies and biscuits; muffins, buttercream and fondant; custard and ice-cream; and chocolate whey protein concentrate-based beverages.
The flavour remains one of the most popular in a number of food categories, particularly in the run-up to Valentine’s.
