US ice cream brand Alden’s Organic Ice Cream has introduced two limited-edition variants as it responds to consumer demand for seasonal flavours.
Launched ahead of the winter holiday season, the new flavours – pumpkin spice and pink peppermint stick – are said to contain ‘only the highest-quality, organic ingredients’.
The pumpkin spice ice cream is a blend of organic cinnamon, nutmeg cloves, and real organic pumpkin. Made with organic milk and cream, Alden’s said the flavour ‘makes the transition from summer to fall organically delicious’.
Pink peppermint stick is a mix of organic milk, cream and peppermint candies splashed with a hint of organic beetroot juice.
In a statement, Alden’s said: “The holidays always come with a sweet dose of nostalgia. Bring back those fond memories with Alden’s Organic peppermint ice cream. Made with organic milk and cream, sprinkled with organic peppermint candies, and finished with a splash of organic beet juice for a festive holiday hue, this organic spin on a classic holiday treat is sure to become your favourite new tradition.”
