Cadbury has launched a third television advertisement as part of its new Tastes Like This Feels creative platform for Cadbury Dairy Milk.
Bringing to life the taste of Cadbury Dairy Milk Big Taste – a range of tablets including Cadbury Dairy Milk Big Taste toffee whole nut, Cadbury Dairy Milk Big Taste Oreo crunch and Cadbury Dairy Milk triple choc sensation – a biker and his dog enjoy the experience of riding the open roads together through stunning scenery during the 30-second creative.
The film is the third in a series focuses on iconic Cadbury Dairy Milk tablets. All draw on metaphors to describe the feeling of eating a bar from the Cadbury Dairy Milk range, under the banner Tastes Like This Feels. Each highlights the unique taste experience of a different bar in the range.
The latest advert follows the successful launch of the classic Cadbury Dairy Milk spot, which captures the intense satisfaction of eating Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate by featuring a bear in the woods, as it revels in the feeling of scratching its back on a tree; and the Cadbury Dairy Milk Medley advert, which encapsulates the bar’s indulgent nature by showing a dog receiving a massage from a cat.
Cadbury marketing director Matthew Williams said: “The response to our new Tastes Like This Feels campaign has been really positive, we are very excited to be sharing now the third instalment in the campaign. Our campaign is designed to showcase the unique feeling and taste sensation that each bar in the Cadbury Dairy Milk range delivers. In this execution we are dramatising the epic feeling that our new Cadbury Dairy Milk Big Taste bar delivers, which is perfectly portrayed by the biker and dog that star in the commercial.”
The global platform has been created by Fallon London and will continue to support both existing Cadbury Dairy Milk products and new products on an ongoing basis. It has been created to connect with consumers at every touch point and will involve ongoing digital, experiential, ambient, PR, topical, tactical and social media activations as well as imaginative brand partnerships, Cadbury said.
