AG Barr is a Scottish soft drinks manufacturer and one of Europe’s largest soft drinks manufacturers. Although it owns several brands and bottles many more – including Rubicon, Rockstar Energy and Bundaberg – it is best known for the brand Irn Bru, which has been a part of Scottish culture since 1901.

The brand has often found itself at the heart of the maelstrom on sugar and, in 2018, reformulated to avoid the UK’s Soft Drinks Industry Levy.

AG Barr is based in Cumbernauld, in North Lanarkshire, and employs around 1,000 people.
